Health Compendium: Self-Help, Stress and Emergency Situations - FRED
A compendium of the "Akademie für Gesundheit, Sport und Prävention e. V." (Academy for Health, Sport and Prevention), with different contents especially in the field of thinking by Michael Gorsolke Developer of the DU Principle (Fred)
Excerpt from "Die kleine Stresslektüre" Commit GmbH Who is Fred? Our minds are called Fred. When talking about Fred, in the area of DU-principle / stress reading, it always means our own mind. You can also give your mind a different name! What are divine intentions / goals? Intentions and goals that only God could achieve how: Running over water, dematerializing cars in traffic jams, predicting the lottery numbers of the coming draw, reversing the accident or death of a loved one, etc.. What are Imperial Intentions / Patterns of Thought? This is the "Ober stings Unter Spiel".. The emperor is not only head of state, religious leader, head of company, or father of a family, but we are all emperors, sometimes the supreme emperor (family, relationship, head of department, head of school - I determine what is RIGHT and WRONG) and sometimes a "subordinate" (the emperor tells me what is RIGHT and WRONG - as a pupil, child, employee, citizen...). We find ourselves in different emperor levels every day! Success = Achievement of objectives Failure = missed target The result of failure is frustration, demotivation and stress. Why is the mind called mind? Quite simply: The mind is called mind because it should understand. It should understand what my life has to do with me and what I can do to make me feel better.. What is behavior? The compelling intention - the greatest stress potential of our time Definition: An intention that I can only achieve if the other participates and says yes to my goal.. The free intention - no stress potential Definition: An intention that I can always achieve without the other person having to change his mind.. Help for self-help and analysis Examples of Divine Intentions / Goals: Intentions force or free? Examples In order to better understand the polarity, the opposite poles of coercion and free, here are a few examples to illustrate the situation: It doesn't work because.... Fred the creative genius If a failure occurs that is completely normal and the person is asked about the reason, then the following answers are often given: Salesman: because the pricing policy is bad, because there is not enough information material available, because there is no support from the office staff, etc.. instructor: because all respect is lacking, because the support of the college is lacking, because the curriculum is wrong, etc.. parents: because other things are more important than school, because our well-intentioned advice is not taken seriously, because the child is misbehaving, etc. Partnership: because she always complains about everything, because he doesn't let you talk to him, because you can't manage the household budget, because he's always on the move, etc.. staff: because the boss is impossible, because the payment is not fair, because the colleagues have no idea and so on.. Manager: because the support program for managers is badly structured, because the boss has no vision, because too many are sawing at his chair, etc.. physician: because patients always only want expensive drugs from the original manufacturer, because they no longer want to accept waiting times, etc. Now, at the latest, I should notice that the human strategy in the event of failure is always identical and produces a uniform pattern. Failure has nothing to do with me! Fred brings up enormous amounts of energy to prove that it is only the others who are to blame for failure. For this he switches his program to "creativity" so that the reasons for failure are logical and comprehensible and he does not have to fear any consequences. The many "justification and blame talks" that are conducted alone cost an enormous amount of energy and time and cause an enormous amount of stress. Why don't people say in the case of failure: Because I prepared badly, because I didn't listen properly, because I didn't look at it before, because I didn't organize it properly, because I simply forgot it, because I handled it too superficially, etc.? Being responsible not only for success, but also for failure, ultimately creates much more experiences of success, because I set myself more and more realistic goals with free intentions and this automatically leads to less failure! If Fred blames the others for the failure, this automatically results in "compelling intentions" or "imperial intentions", because the failure is perceived as a disturbance and Fred wants to eliminate the disturbance. Only if I use Fred and realize that I am responsible for the failure (taking responsibility) can I accept the current ACTUAL situation and set realistic goals with free intentions to achieve my goals. Every day we have a lot of small and big goals. Already the thought in the morning in bed "... now I stand up" is one of many goals in the further course of the day. There are certainly no less than 100, usually several 100 goals each day, without us consciously perceiving this, always automatically followed by physical feedback.. target achievement = good feeling - leads to motivation and satisfaction target failure = bad feeling - leads to dissatisfaction, demotivation and stress
What the emperor says is always correct (he thinks!) All those who think differently (cause) and then act differently (effect) than the emperor, probably tell him only once openly and honestly the opinion, from then on no more, because the consequences are too unpleasant (...earlier simply head off). Therefore, many then go into "cover or fog" and tell the emperor that he is right, but think completely differently (as before).
The result of success is satisfaction and motivation.
Definition: Behavior is the visible and audible effect of my thinking (invisible).
