ADHD - Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Syndrome, Fidgeting Philippine Syndrome, Hyperkinetic Disorders

AIRVI IQ takes care of that,

  • the spirit is soothed,
  • Children and adolescents become more relaxed (after several applications),
  • Homework can be done more concentrated and faster, and
  • thus the organs and system generally become calmer.
  •  if Ritalin (Methylphenidat-MPH) was the option so far, this drug can be stopped.

Physical activity in ADHD patients, mostly children, is nevertheless very important and necessary!

What do the descriptions and symptoms suggest?

ADHD sufferers usually have a lot of "energy" in their system, which is not reduced by physical activity.

A few examples how this can happen:

  • Constant stress and tension in school or kindergarten. This with the compulsion of sitting still / immobilization by compulsion and rules - without the possibility of the "fight and escape situation" in the body with the energy supply sufficiently by MOVEMENT and physical activity to reduce (Read more about it here)
  • Often, the only physical exercise in children and adolescents is to move their fingers and thumbs in conjunction with the computer, the game console. This movement is certainly not enough to relieve everyday stress. Most game actions cause even more stress and aggression. A negative cycle, with the consequence of extremely much energy in the biological system, without a chance to break it down through movement.
  • Mobbing, time pressure, stress and too many tasks/goals in everyday life that cannot be mastered = unrealistic goals (again permanent stress). There is hardly the possibility to reduce the "fight and escape situation" in the body with the energy supply sufficiently by MOVEMENT and physical activity.
  • Private situation tense, stress with other children, siblings, parents, etc.
  • Constant time pressure to do too much. This also leads to stress/long-term stress with the provision of energy in the body, whereby the energy is not "consumed" by physical exercise. Usually this "accumulated" energy is then directed against siblings, parents, classmates, teachers, etc., in order to increase one's own dissatisfaction..

All these different situations are based on clear and clearly unregulated basic biological functions. It is better to follow biological laws and live by them.

When we look at biology and the laws of nature, an emergency or stress situation should always be followed by a relaxation and regeneration phase. Read more about it here!

If ADHD children spend an hour outdoors romping around, playing games or doing sports, they will certainly be quite calm - because a phase of tension is followed by a phase of relaxation - all just a question of intensity and duration. Mental and mental stress also requires physical exercise to relieve it!
